All services must be paid in full before final delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via Stripe or other approved methods.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
• Milestone payments are required for larger projects.
• Final deliverables are released after full payment is received.
• Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes will result in termination of service and legal recourse if needed.

Due to the nature of digital work, all payments are final once a project begins. We do not offer refunds unless a mistake was made on our part that cannot be resolved through revision. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address concerns.

• You own the rights to final designs and deliverables once payment has been completed in full.
• Komet Studios retains the right to display work in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed.
• Any project files, templates, or backend systems we create may be licensed for use and not resold or redistributed without permission.

You agree to:

• Provide necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Respond to communications within the agreed timeframe.
• Use the final assets legally and within the terms of this agreement.

• Estimated timelines are provided at the start of the project. Delays in communication may cause adjustments to the schedule.
• Each service includes a limited number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreement may incur extra charges.

We are not liable for:

• Any damages or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our work.
• Business losses or data interruptions due to your use of the site or services.
• Outcomes dependent on third-party platforms (hosting, AI tools, payment processors).

• Either party can end a project at any time with written notice. If you terminate early, you are responsible for work completed up to that point.
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including abuse, harassment, or failure to comply with these terms.

Komet Studios is based in the State of Florida. These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled through mediation or arbitration in Florida.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes made.
